CIRCA 1876 HUNTER VALLEY - WHY WE LOVE THIS WEDDING VENUE !

Driving to the Hunter Valley almost every weekend to shoot a wedding is what we at GMTMT Films do. As creatives, we are so incredibly lucky to have a paradise 40 minutes from Newcastle. We love the open spaces. It inspires us and provides the scene for our lovers. We love the inside / outside vibes most venues offer up. Some, like Circa, make us drool. It's whimsical, romantic and classy. It's the type of place where fairy tales happen. Get ready in the century old Convent which is 2 minutes from the original building where the reception takes place. You don't need to leave the property to get the killer shots, which means newlyweds can hang close to their guests and avoid that disconnected wait until you return for the grand entrance. As the seasons change Circa 1876 takes on a new life throughout. It's never out of season. Deciduous trees in winter make for a lovely moody feel, while in summer lush leaves and the breeze invites the warmth and garden party feels. We've shot here a dozen times or more, know it well. She's our big girl of the Valley. She's Circa 1876.
