All of a sudden you find they are totally booked out for the summer. It happens to a lot of couples we speak to and it leaves two options. Change the venue or change the date. So here's what we think. Go for the winter wedding. Chances are there will be a bunch of dates available, not just at the venue but for photographers, videographers, dj's, stylists, florists, hair and makeup artists, the list goes on. Yes, that's right, by choosing a winter wedding you're on a winner. Take a look at the venue once winter comes in, or even better ask for picture of the venue to see how it looks during the winter. Almost everywhere in the Hunter Valley looks amazing in winter so don't be afraid to break the summer sweat and opt for the cosy fireplaces to set the tone for the big day.
